Property company TriGránit Rt plans to invest the Euro 90 million Dipol Holdings Rt received after selling Pólus Center, in property developments. The main target areas are the Millennium City Center in Budapest and downtown Bucharest. TriGránit is a sister company to Dipol, three of its four owners are the owners of the latter. The usual property funding loan constructions will facilitate an investment of several hundreds of million Euros, financial director Zsolt Szabó told daily Világgazdaság. TriGránit has completed plans for a 5,000-seat congress center but also for apartments and offices to be built on the millennium area, it is up to the government from which it will invite a tender. Besides Bucharest, where the company defeated about ten bidders, TriGránit is considering investments in Cluj Napoca (Kolozsvár) and Constanta. (Fri Vg 12) K.H.
