According to Napi Gazdaság, competion supervisor GVH imposed a Ft5 million-fine on G-Publishing Kft, the publisher of tabloid Napi Ász for deceiving costumers. GVH points out that ads by the publisher were illegitimate because the data media sold with the Friday issues for a Ft 99 plus were in fact not CDs but VCDs. Also, GVH found it false that napi Ász advertises itself as a paper available at an "unbeatable price". GVH said that tabloid readers are not brand-loyal, their choices are heavily influenced by the cover and also by certain prizes and gifts obtained along with the paper. (NG 4) A.H.
