Synergon Rt, Hungary?s biggest computer-services company, plans to buy rivals in neighboring Romania and Slovakia to raise revenue and profit in coming years, business daily Világgazdaság said citing Chairman Ferenc Czakó. The company also has its sights set on future acquisitions in Ukraine, Slovenia and Serbia, Czakó said. To pay for such purchases, the company will use cash reserves of up to Ft 1.9 billion, borrow money or use its own shares.
