Synergon develops software for Pannon GSM

Synergon Rt, Hungary's biggest independent computer services company, has concluded a software development contract for mobile phone operator Pannon GSM, and may be hired to do the same for its owner, Telenor ASA, Synergon said in a stock exchange statement today. The company developed an e-learning software for Pannon GSM, the Hungarian unit of Norway's Telenor, for an undisclosed price. Synergon forecasts Ft 40 billion in sales by 2008. The company posted its third consecutive quarterly profit in the quarter ended June 30 following losses the two previous quarters as it cut costs, consultancy fees and marketing expenses.
