Swisscom, which bought the government's 75 % plus one vote in Antenna for Ft 46.8 billion July 21, will pay Ft 5,250 per share in the buyout offer, Napi Online said. The price is the same paid to the government's assets sales agency. Whether Swisscom started talks with investment company Firthlion Ltd., which owns 15 % in Antenna, is undisclosed. Firthlion is owned by Megdet Rahimkulov, the chairman of Hungary's AEB Bank Rt. Swisscom pledged July 28 to invest Ft12 billion in Antenna, whose shares have risen 32% since the government announced plans to sell the stake Oct. 29.
