Skala sells properties of retail units

Skala Coop, a department store company, has sold the properties of its out-of-business department store, Otthon Áruház, to a group of Italian investors for an undisclosed price, business weekly HVG reported in its issue yesterday. The Italian investors made the purchase through Bun-Ker-Farm and Coin Ungheria. One of the investors, Francesco Sparta, bought Coin Ungheria, whose predecessor managed the properties of another of Skála Coop's defunct stores, just a few weeks earlier. (Econews)
