Hungary's revised August trade deficit totaled 385.4 million ($468.4 million), the Central Statistics Office said on Friday. The deficit was narrower than the 385.9 million preliminary estimate the Budapest-based office reported October 7. The shortfall was 288.6 million euros in July and 338.2 million in August last year. Exports fell to 3.79 billion from 3.89 billion in July and rose from 3.24 billion in August last year. The revised eight-month shortfall narrowed to 1.88 billion from 2.94 billion in the same period last year and was in-line with the first estimate.
