Hungarian regulators have asked the European Commission to impose restrictions on MOL Rt's plan to sell its natural gas pipeline company to E.ON AG, said Zoltán Nagy, the president of Hungary's competition authority. The commission, the antitrust regulator for the 25-nation EU, last week extended a probe of E.ON's Euro 2 billion purchase of MOL's natural gas business in a so-called put option. It's due to rule by Nov 29th Hungary wants E.ON to be required to allow access to the production and storage facilities in the country, Nagy said. (Bloomberg)
