PLL LOT SA, Poland's state-controlled airline, may join Aviation Solution International, one of the two investor groups still in talks to buy Hungary's state airline Malév Rt, daily Magyar Hirlap said. The government's asset-sales agency APV Rt. will postpone the decision on the sale to September from the end of July after LOT said it would bid. Lot may invest money in the Hungarian carrier if chosen. Russian airline KrasAir submitted the highest offer for Malév among three bids the government received for the airline earlier this month. Aviation Solution, which includes former Malév employees, submitted a similar bid to KrasAir's, the paper said. Authorities canceled the previous sale and invited new bids March 31 in their sixth attempt at selling the unprofitable state airline.
