As expected, three out of Hungary?s four parliamentary parties have signed an economy policy agreement today, Napi Online reported. The agreement is important as it means decisions concerning economy policy will not be subject to political cycles in the future, said Economy Minister János Kóka, who had initiated the accord two months ago.
According to the parliamentary group leaders of coalition parties MSZP and SZDSZ and opposition party MDF, the agreement guarantees a stable economic environment for foreign investors, as well as new jobs, increased R&D spending and lower taxes for Hungary.
