OTP chief sells Ft 1.5 billion worth of OTP shares

Hungary's flagship bank OTP has said on Friday that its Chairman-CEO, Sándor Csányi, or more precisely Csányi's limited company Bonitas Kft, has sold a total of 180,609 OTP shares at an average price of Ft 8,530 apiece, news portal Portfolio.hu reported. The total value of the package is Ft 1.5 billion. Csányi's OTP package held via Bonitas dropped to 1,939,391 shares (0.69%), while his direct holding of 442,445 shares (0.16%) was left unaffected by the transaction.
