Main opposition party Fidesz plans to ask the opinions of key players of Hungarian economy about the country's economic state and publish the results at the end of December, Viktor Orbán, the party's leader told the press on Wednesday. A total of 300 letters have already been sent out to key business and economic figures and forums will be organized in the upcoming months, Orbán said. An internet forum has already been launched where everybody can contribute their views, he added. Orbán said he had asked former (Fidesz) Economics Minister György Matolcsy to prepare a document about the results of consultation by late December.
