CEO Imre Takács of IT company Minor Systems Rt has delegated most of his responsibilities to newly appointed Deputy CEO Mihály Klemencz. ?As one of the owners, I have been responsible for the management of the company practically since the beginnings in 1990. 15 years later, I feel the time has come for someone else to take over the daily management,? Takács said. He added that in the future, he would like to focus on strategy, lobbying and innovation support, listing regional expansion and an IPO among the most important goals. Meanwhile, the company is planning another change in the management at the end of the year, whereby Takács will resign his position as CEO to Klemencz, and get a seat in the board of directors.
