A new green party, Human Chain for Hungary, has been established, and targets voters who are fed up with politics since 1989. With their alternative campaign "ecological politics" their primary aim is to convince voters to grant them a presence in the Parliament, however, they are not expecting to win the elections, said founder András Lányi, 57-year old writer, philosopher, and environmentalist at the statutory meeting. The party wants to end the "technical-economical pressure", because "what surrounds us is not a development and neither is sustainable." Human Chain for Hungary is planning on being present in political life in the future, including the municipal elections next year and the European Parliamentary elections. E.C. (NB 2, NV 4, MH 5) E.C.
