Mondi Business Paper group said on Friday it is selling its paper mill in Dunaújváros, south of Budapest, to Austria's Trierenberg Holding for an undisclosed price. Because of a glut on the market, Mondi Business Paper decided to sell the mill and focus instead on expanding its other paper mill in Hungary, in Szolnok (SE Hungary). Trierenberg Holding already has a paper plant in Dunaújváros, and is midway through a three-year, Euro 12 million capacity expansion. When the project is completed in 2006, Trierenberg will be able to produce a yearly 30,000 tons at the site.
