MCE Hungaria to boost revenue to Ft 2.5 bln

The Hungarian unit of Austrian building company MCE expects revenue of
Ft 2.5 billion this year, compared to Ft 1.6 billion last year, the company announced. Next year, MCE Hungaria targets revenue growth of 5%. This year's revenue is being boosted by contracts to build a Ft 1.5 billion, 42,000-square-metre office building, called Duna Tower, for Magnum Hungaria, and another Ft 1.5 billion, 38,000-square-metre office building for Porr Hungaria. Both buildings, located in the capital, will be completed by spring, 2006. Selling of the offices has already started, although no leases have been signed yet.
Vienna-based MCE has 50 offices in Central and Eastern Europe employing 8,500 people. Last year, the company had revenue of 1 billion.
