Malév to be merged into a future Russian holding

Siberian airline KrasAir plans to form a holding by merging four other Russian air companies, DAL, Samara, Omskavia and Sibaviatrans. Hungarian airline Malév might also become a member of the holding, at least KasAir?s shareholders are negotiating about purchasing it, news portal origo reported relying on Russian business daily Vedomosti. At present Russian state has a stake of 51 % in KrasAir, while 40% is controlled by CEO Boris Abramovic.
