Louis Vuitton to open luxury store

French fashion giant Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy (LVMH) group is to open its first luxury fashion store next summer. The company, which owns about 50 top brands such as Dom Perignon, Kenzo, Givenchi, and Christian Dior, is hesitating between Andrássy street, which is already home for several luxury fashion stores and interior design shops, and Deák Ferenc street surrounded by Hugo Boss and Max Mara Kft. LVMH group's 2004 turnover was Euro 12.6 million, which is a 6% increase to the previous year, and this year's H1 revenue is up by 10% reaching Euro 6.1 billion. (NG 1) E.C.
