Saigon Thuong Tin (Sacombank), the biggest commercial bank of Vietnam, and the Hungarian Eximbank signed a general agreement on boosting bilateral trade on Saturday. Sacombank CEO Le Tan Loc said the agreement would enable the Vietnamese bank to support its clients more effectively in trading textiles, clothes, shoes, canned fish and ceramics in Hungary and in other East European countries. The agreement followed a recent visit to Vietnam by a Hungarian government delegation led by Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány.
