Gov't to sell quality control companies

The Ministry of Economy and Transport has invited an open, single-round tender to sell 100% of three quality certification companies. The companies are general quality certification company Kermi Kft, MEEI Kft, an electrical certifier, and MBVTI Kft, an engineering safety certifier, Világgazdaság online said yesterday. Bids must be submitted by September 19, and will be evaluated by September 30. Kermi had net assets of Ft 128.734 million, including registered capital of Ft 86.66 million, at the end of last year.
