Good turnout on Ferihegy Airport

Potential investors are flocking to buy a majority stake in Ferihegy International Airport operator Budapest Airport Rt offered for sale by the State Privatization and Holding Rt (ÁPV), business daily Világgazdaság reported. The stake of 75% minus one share, valued at Ft100-150 billion, is the largest privatization deal this year. Most of the likely buyers are strategic investors the newspaper claims, including Kobenhavns Lufthavne KJ A/S, the operator of the Copenhagen airport, Spain?s Ferrovial, which owns a large airport project in Poland and Germany?s Fraport AG, which operates the Frankfurt Airport. The government will leave it till April to choose which type of privatization procedure it will follow
