A consortium, led by OTP Bank Rt, is to provide a Euro 85 million loan for TriGránit Rt, construction company, for its recently launched shopping mall project in Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár), Romania, business daily Világgazdaság reported. Trigránit, which started construction on the 60,000-sqm mall in late August, will spend a total Ft 140 million on the project, slated for completion in November next year. The shopping complex's chief tenant will be the French retail giant Carrefour. The investment is expected to be the largest of its kind in Romania this year and Trigánit's first major deal since OTP chief Sándor Csányi acquired a 10% stake in the construction firm last month.
