Hungarian Electric Works (HEW) Rt?s AGM accepted the company?s 2004 account, and to pay HUF 5 million dividend, said daily business Világgazdaság. Márton Vági, CEO of Hungarian Privatisation and Holding Rt and Zsolt Tavaszi both resigned from the board of the company. They are replaced with Tibor Draskovics former finance minister and Péter Tabák. Draskovics was voted chairman of the board.
