János Kóka, Economy and Transport Minister, announced the launch of a ten-point crisis management program for Hungarian Rail Company MÁV Rt and Hungarian Airline Malév Rt. The new agenda includes new financial guarantees, the restructuring of travel benefits and the lay-off of 90% of MÁV's management staff. According to Koka's plans the program will be completed by 2013 leaving the major part of the execution to future governments. (Nb 12) Fr. Sz.
