The court of appeals has made an undisclosed decree concerning the debate between Budapest Airport Rt and the airport's workers union, Népszava reports. Earlier the court of first instance ruled in favor of the union and arbitrated the privatization of the airport invalid. As Márton Vági, director general of ÁPV Rt stated previously they had been determined even to call a new tender. The nine bidders in the first tender round topped expectations with the amounts offered for the 75 % minus one vote block of shares: Ft 202- Ft 390 billion, VAT excluded. (NV 4) A.H.
