Concorde nets Ft 1 mln profit

Concorde Group had Ft 1.1 net profit last year, up on Ft 944 million in 2003, according to President and CEO György Jaksity, who also served as President of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) until last summer. Investment services, consulting and fund management brought in a revenue of Ft 3.5 billion-Ft 4 billion in 2004. Concorde?s fund management arm handled investments totaling Ft 75 billion, with plans to boost this figure to Ft 100 billion by the end of 2005. Based on its Ft 678 billion turnover from prompt deals, Concorde ranked fourth among the companies trading on BÉT. Stocks trading accounted for Ft 655 billion of this, with the company being the third largest trader in the stocks section.
