Computerlinks becomes Check Point distributor

January saw Computerlinks Kft secure a distributor agreement with Check Point, an Israeli software developer specializing in Internet security solutions, the company said. The Computerlinks group, headquartered in Munich, has become the leading Check Point distributor in Europe through the contract. The Hungarian subsidiary, which boasts the most diverse IT security product portfolio in the Hungarian market, draws most of its turnover from the sale of Citrix software proucts and also became a distributor of Trend Micro virus scan software last fall. Its key business partners include Mol Rt, T-Mobile Hungary Rt and UPC Kft.
