Small shareholders of of Brau Union Hungária Breweries Rt plan to turn to Gy?r-Moson-Sopron county court to allow them to have a look into Brau?s accounting and the company?s contract with Dutch Heineken N.V. Bloomberg reported. The Interest Protection Association of Individual Stock Exchange Investors (Tebész), which represents small shareholders in the case, has announced its plan today. Small shareholders want the court to decide the long dispute about the price of shares Heineken offered to small shareholders to buy Brau. Small shareholders have successfully blocked the purchase of the company charging higher prices for shares since Heineken bought Brau in October 2003.
