Autóker starts Ft 6 bln third phase of Marina Part

Israeli-owned property developer Autóker has started the third, Ft 6 billion phase of Marina Part, its luxury apartment complex on Budapest's riverfront, the company announced on Tuesday. The third phase will comprise the construction of 350 flats in a 9-storey, 8,500 sqm building. The building will be completed by the end of 2006, with 30% of the apartments already sold. The flats, which vary between 40 and 140 sqm, sell for between Ft 280,000 and Ft 500,000 per sqm. Autóker has financed the first three phases with loans from MKB Bank.
