Komplex Nagyatádi Machinery Works Rt. has five new proprietors. The
machinery plant was privatized 10 years ago, when the State
Privatization and Holding Rt. (ÁPV) sold the company to entrepreneurs
but due to their worsening business environment, Komplex went bankrupt.
The liquidation process of the company started two years ago, when ÁPV
started selling the assets at a value of Ft 407 million. Since ÁPV
could not sell the company's properties at once it had to be traded
parts to smaller investors. Creditors claim Ft 370 million, but ÁPV's
sales income will only cover 30% of the Komplex's liabilities. The five
new owners were among the previous tenants, who wish to continue their
activities at Komplex, Elek Koncz responsible for the liquidation said.
