Alternative telecom provider 3C Hungary Kft, a subsidiary of the Russian Consolidated Communications Corporation (3C) Plc, decided to enter the local telephone market by offering carrier pre-selection (CPS) services using T-Com Rt's and other partner companies' networks. The company claims subscribers can save up to 10%-35% on their monthly fee, compared with the competitors' offerings. Customers of 3C Hungary can keep their existing telephone line and set, and calls are automatically routed by the original service provider to the pre-selected carrier. The current development is vital for the company's strategic expansion on the telecom market of SMEs, added Managing Director Sztefan Cvetkov.
