"Next year will be the 150th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Hungary and Japan, which the Hungarian government wishes to exploit to further tighten relations with the world’s third largest economy," the statement reads.
The ministry believes that Osaka could play an important future role in the modernization process of the Hungarian economy, in view of the fact that the headquarters of many of the companies that are developing the world’s most modern technologies can be found in Osaka.
