M3 upgrade to start
National Development Minister Miklós Seszták and Budapest Mayor István Tarlós started negotiations yesterday on the planned upgrade of Budapest’s major metroline or as it is better-known by Hungarians M3.
Varga said at the end of July that the government supports the earliest possible launch of the upgrading process and would provide a state guarantee for a related loan if necessary.
