ÁKK sells HUF 75 bln of 3-month bills, over plan
The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 75 billion of discount three-month T-bills at auction Tuesday, raising its already increased auction offer, state news wire MTI reported.
Primary dealers bid for HUF 124.6 bln of the securities expiring on December 19. The average yield was 0.10%, 3 basis points under the secondary market benchmark but up 1 bp from the yield at the previous auction of the bills one week earlier.
The ÁKK raised its per-auction offer to HUF 50 bln from the HUF 40 bln it had offered from June 19 up until the previous auction on September 4. The offer had been HUF 50 bln at the weekly three-month auctions between the middle of April and the middle of June.
