The deterioration of the construction market could stop next year
The way down didn't end - that's the sum of Buildecon's construction market analysis for this year, daily business newspaper Napi Gazdaság wrote.
Last year's relatively low performance worsened further in both structural architecture and civil engineering. The construction of new homes is deteriorated by the weak economy and there are no new investors for trade, office or logistics building developments. The domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are weak, with inadequate assets, and does not undertake expansion without bank credits. According to the analysis, the deterioration stops next year, but in 2014 and 2015 only a slight growth can be achieved with a much uncertain outlook.
