Serbian average net monthly wage grows in April

Serbia's annual average net monthly wage increased 12.4% in nominal terms in April to RSD 73,012 (EUR 620), the Belgrade-based Central Statistical Office (SORS) said in a statement.
On a yearly basis, average net monthly wage rose by 2.6% in real terms.
According to the statistics office, the average gross wage reached RSD 100,727 (EUR 855.60) in April, while the median net wage was SRD 55,267 (EUR 469.50), meaning that 50% of the employed population received wages up to that amount.
