Poland jobless rate remains stable in February

Poland's jobless rate held steady at 5.5% in February, unchanged from January, figures from the Warsaw-based Central Statistical Office (GUS) showed on Wednesday.

In the same month last year, the unemployment rate was 6.5%.

There were around 921,800 people without jobs across the nation at the end of February, compared with 927,100 a month earlier, according to data.

The number of youth unemployed, which is applied to below 25 age group, declined to 103,000 in February from 105,300 in the previous month.
