NMHH: 9% of TV advertisements new in H2

The share of new TV advertising spots promoting Hungarian products increased to almost 9% in the second half of last year, according to a new document adopted at the last meeting of the Media Council of the National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH), writes profitline.hu.

At the meeting, the panel approved the latest study on new television advertising spots, published in the second half of last year, in which the authority examined 78 television programs.

Some 3,329 new ads were presented and repeated more than 4.4 million times. Most of the new ads can be linked to the commercial sector.

The board also announced a winner in the tender procedure for using the 98.0 MHz media service option in Budapest.
