MOL Board Proposes Dividend of Around HUF 350/Share
The board of Hungary's MOL will propose payment of a total dividend of around HUF 350 per share to shareholders at an annual general meeting scheduled for April 27, the oil and gas company said late Tuesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The board will propose paying a HUF 150-per-share base dividend on last year's earnings and a special dividend amounting to around HUF 200 per share.
The board took the decision weighing "2022 results, the strength of the balance sheet, future investment plans, and uncertainties of external market conditions in light of the recent macro development", MOL said.
Last year, MOL shareholders approved the payment of a HUF 100-per-share dividend on 2021 earnings and a special dividend of close to HUF 200 per share.
