Liquidation Procedures Rise 86% in 2022

The number of liquidation procedures launched against Hungarian companies rose by 86% in 2022 compared to the previous year, according to data compiled by credit insurer Coface, writes uzletem.hu
The total number of liquidation procedures hit 8,111 last year.
Coface noted that 2,526 of the procedures were launched against companies in the construction sector.
The number launched against companies in the automotive industry reached 795.
