HUF 500 mln for Businesses to Protect IP

The National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFIH) is announcing calls for Hungarian businesses, research centers and individuals to protect their intellectual property with a budget of HUF 500 million.

The NKFIH and the National Intellectual Property Office (SzTNH) informed state news agency MTI about the calls in a joint statement.

From the HUF 500 mln budget, successful applicants can receive 100% non-refundable support for the financing of domestic and international SzTNH procedures related to patents, utility model protection, plant variety protection, design protection, or trademark protection, including industrial rights protection consulting, attorney services, as well as the cost of official fees.
