The enumerator phase of the 2022 census was completed on November 20, the Central Statistical Office reported this week.
The almost 23,000 enumerators checked five million addresses across the country, including 4.6 million residential addresses and around 400,000 other addresses, such as vacation homes, vacant lots, and the addresses of various institutions.
The census-takers compiled the characteristics of the apartments at about 1.5 million addresses and filled out 2.2 million personal questionnaires with the assistance of the data providers.
Along with the seven million questionnaires recorded in the online self-completion phase, 9.2 million individual questionnaires have already been received in the census system.
Those who previously did not comply with their obligation to provide data during the online data reporting period and whom the enumerators did not manage to reach during the census period that ended on November 20 can visit their settlement clerk and fill out the census questionnaire between November 21 and 28.
