Duna House Profit Rise 36% y.o.y.

The first-quarter after-tax profit of listed real estate broker Duna House rose 36% year-on-year to HUF 700 million, boosted by handovers, according to an earnings report published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Net sales revenue climbed 143% to HUF 9.4 billion. Duna House noted that it recognized HUF 3.4 bln in revenue from handovers of homes in its Forest Hill project in the capital.

The inventory value of the homes was HUF 2.6 bln.

Core after-tax profit, adjusted for one-offs, fell 40% to HUF 300 mln.
