The board of insurer CIG Pannónia will propose payment of an HUF 18-per-share dividend on last year's earnings to shareholders at an annual general meeting scheduled for April 19, the AGM agenda shows, according to news agency MTI.

The dividend fund comes to HUF 1.7 bln, including last year's full after-tax profit of HUF 1.5 bln and HUF 0.2 bln from profit reserves.

In its proposal, the management stressed the importance of a "conservative" dividend policy.

Last year, CIG Pannónia shareholders approved an HUF 18-per-share dividend on 2021 earnings.
