Albania's annual PPI edges down in Q1

Albania's producer prices decreased by 0.6% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2021, figures from the Tirana-based Institute of Statistics (Instat) showed on Wednesday.
Producer prices in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning segment decreased by 2.8% on the year in the first quarter, and fell 1.1% in the mining and quarrying sector.
On a quarterly comparison basis, producer price index (PPI) increased by 1.6% in the January-March period.
