80% unable to ID some credit card purchases
In Hungary, nearly 80% of customers are sometimes unable to identify their credit card purchases, and the proportion is similar in the Central and Eastern European region, according to Mastercard's international survey of 11 countries, writes economics website novekedes.hu.
In the region, 77% of respondents reported not being able to identify some of their purchases in the transaction history.
For almost one in five people, this happened often or very often. This problem affects cardholders in different ways; some 42% are worried, 30% are annoyed, 15% feel lost, and 12% say they feel helpless.
