531 new coronavirus cases registered in Hungary

Some 531 new coronavirus cases were registered in Hungary yesterday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 820,078, according to data by koronavirus.gov.hu.

A total of six patients died yesterday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 30,151.

The number of recovered patients rose to 781,794, while the number of active cases stands at 8,133.

Some 438 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 54 of them require ventilation.

The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,873,523, of whom 5,615,273 have already received their second vaccination. About 691,000 people have already received their third vaccination.
