4iG board proposes HUF 29-per-share dividend
The board of listed IT company 4iG will propose to shareholders payment of a HUF 29-per-share dividend at an annual general meeting on April 29, the AGM agenda shows, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The dividend fund will come to around HUF 3 billion, if approved by shareholders.
4iG's audited, 2021 stand-alone P+L statement shows an after-tax profit of HUF 4 bln.
Last year, 4iG's board approved - in lieu of shareholders, because of a ban on gatherings to contain the spread of the coronavirus - a HUF 2.2 bln dividend.
