455 new COVID cases registered in Hungary

Some 455 new coronavirus cases were registered in Hungary yesterday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 829,911, according to data by koronavirus.gov.hu.

A total of 17 patients died yesterday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 30,320.

The number of recovered patients rose to 789,322, while the number of active cases stands at 10,269.

Some 733 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 110 of them require ventilation.

The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,911,737, of whom 5,682,396 have already received their second vaccination. About 911,000 people have already received their third vaccination.
