33,716 new COVID cases registered in Hungary between Feb 4-6

A total of 33,716 new COVID cases were registered in Hungary between February 4-6, bringing the total number of identified infections since the start of the epidemic to 1,650,562, according to data by koronavirus.gov.hu.
Some 234 people died over the last three days due to COVID-related causes, bringing the total number of deaths to 41,975.
The number of recovered persons has reached 1,377,097, and the number of active infections now stands at 231,490.
A total of 4,919 patients infected with coronavirus are hospitalized, 168 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,374,293, of whom 6,120,914 have already had their second vaccination and 3,735,329 have already had their booster jabs.
